I think the better question is, how long does a Florida bicycle accident case take to resolve in total? We believe that a Florida bicycle accident case is no different than any other personal injury case, separate and apart from the injured party being on a bicycle. Depending upon the injuries involved and the injury sustained, the case can settle or resolve relatively quickly, or it can result in litigation, which could be drawn out 10 months to a year.
