Rebecca Rhew, Attorney
Rebecca Rhew is an experienced family law, real estate, and business litigation attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca held the prestigious role of In-House Counsel for Bank of America’s Insurance and Mortgage Division for a decade, handling check fraud matters, business theft, mortgage servicing, and real estate title litigation. Rebecca focuses on cost-effective resolutions for large and small businesses alike.
Rebecca is admitted to practice in Florida’s State Courts as well as United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Rebecca is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Federal Claims, where she litigates government-contractor disputes concerning the Federal Acquisition Regulations (“FAR”).
Rebecca employs her extensive legal background to help families navigate family law matters,including high-net-worth divorces, custody matters, paternity disputes, timesharing, alimonydisputes and modifications, child support matters, equitable distribution, and domestic violencematters—including emergency injunctions. Rebecca is a devoted mother of two boys, and personally understands the challenges her clients may face when deciding to leave the marital home.
Rebecca graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern Law School, where she rankedin the top 7% of her class and served as a member of both the Law Review and Moot Court.
Rebecca believes in balancing the rigors of the legal profession with a healthy lifestyle. She is a Yoga enthusiast and Yoga instructor in the local Wellington and Royal Palm Beach communities. Rebecca is often invited to speak with law students and lawyers about finding their own healthy balance in the legal profession, giving talks on “Yoga for Lawyers,” a topic about which she is passionate.
When not in the courtroom or on the Yoga mat, you may find Rebecca camping around South Florida with her two young sons and their Boy Scout Troop, for which Rebecca volunteers as the Troop’s Fundraising Chair and Assistant Scout Master.
