Douglas Lambert, Of Counsel
Douglas Lambert is Of Counsel to Pike & Lustig. Douglas has 30 years of experience litigating complex commercial cases, corporate/partnership disputes, fraud cases, bank litigation as well as business cases. Douglas concentrates his practice on Complex Commercial and Business Matters including Accounting, Financial and Credit Intensive Disputes as well as High Net Worth Divorce Actions and Securities Disputes. His divorce actions includes litigating these matters, as well as drafting, structuring and negotiating prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. He started his accounting dispute career at Coopers & Lybrand, a Big 8 accounting firm. Doug received his bachelor’s degree as a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University and received his J.D. from Duke Law School.
Doug is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and also belongs to the U.S. District Courts for the middle and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
