Andrew J. Boloy, Attorney
Andrew J. Boloy is an attorney at Pike & Lustig, LLP and concentrates his practice on Commercial Business Litigation, Personal Injury, and Intellectual Property Law.
Andrew has litigated multimillion-dollar cases in both Federal and State Court. Andrew has litigated complex claims including, but not limited to: violations of Florida’s Civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), insurance fraud, fraud, defamation, violations of federal anti-kickback laws and patient brokering laws, declaratory judgments, breach of contract, violations of Florida’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act and tortious interference.
Andrew received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University, graduating with a major in Political Science. While attending Florida Atlantic University, Andrew interned for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Fort Pierce, Florida where he assisted the defense in a high profile capital murder trial.
Prior to law school, Andrew began his career in the entertainment industry. He worked closely with prominent artists, celebrities, and athletes securing and negotiating agreements for performances and appearances. While in law school, Andrew worked as a law clerk at three regional law offices assisting in complex litigation cases ranging from Alcohol Beverage Law, Personal Injury, and Insurance Defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew practiced Probate, Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Trust & Estate Litigation, Real Estate, and Entertainment Law.
Andrew is a member of the Young Lawyers Section and The Palm Beach Young Professionals.
