You should hire a lawyer who has experience handling auto accident cases in the state of Florida. You should also look for a lawyer that has tried cases in front of a jury to make sure that that lawyer feels comfortable if a lawsuit needs to be filed. You also should look for a lawyer who is willing to fight for you, to make sure that you potentially recover the most damages you could recover as a result of your accident.
